Exmouth: Local Area: Lympstone Village
Lympstone village on the river Exe

Lympstone village is a real picture, many small cottage's and its lovely Harbour (boats at high tide only) nested in the middle of its sandstone cliffs.

There are shops including the post Office a food shop and 3 public houses serving food. The Globe and The Swan. (by the Railway Station) and under the railway bridge The Redwing.

Its a friendly village and the locals are most welcoming and friendly.

After more lovely cottages and houses is the large Lympstone Church. Behind it is the new Tennis Courts, next to the Village Hall and the Village School.

Afterwards the road continues to meet the main Exeter to Exmouth road.
